The vol 68, num 18 of the INTA Bulletin includes an article by Salvador Ferrandis entitled “Door Closed to “Defensive” Registration of Community Designs in Infringement Proceedings“.
The article analyses CJUE Judgement 16 February 2012, C-488/10, “Celaya” concerning the interpretation of the concept of “third party” in Art. 19 Regulation 6/2002 on the Community Design.
